Trivia
In the beginning of the episode, Dean is seen without his amulet and ring. This is the first episode in which he does not have these two belongings. This is because of the fact that all belongings are taken away from an individual as soon as he or she steps into the prison, and Dean planned ahead.

* When Sam questions Dean’s description of the prisoners killed by the ghost as innocent victims, Dean responds "Are you from Texas all of a sudden?" a reference to the fact both Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are from Texas which has the highest rate of executions in the United States.

* Folsom Prison Blues is the name of a Johnny Cash song.

* Obviously anticipating his belongings being confiscated in prison, Dean is not wearing his amulet or rings when arrested.

* When Dean stands up, hands full of cigarettes, ready to trade them for a lighter, he shouts out "Hey fellas, who's running a deal?". You can see Jared grinning and mouthing the lines with Jensen.

Quotes
Dean: (As Henrickson and Reid walk into the room): Oh it’s about time. I’ll have a cheeseburger. Extra onions.

Henrickson: You think you’re funny
Dean: I think I’m adorable.

Henrickson: And after Milwaukee your brother is now a suspect in a murder case himself. I’d say for you two, screwed to hell is a major understatement.
Dean: Well where there’s life there’s hope, huh?
Hendrickson: See, that’s what I kept thinking as I was searching for your asses all over hell and gone.

Mara: Yes. And considering the charges you're facing, no judge in his right mind is going to grant you bail.
Dean: Yeah, we figured that.

Dean: Don’t worry, Sam - I promise I won't trade you for smokes.

Dean: We may not be saints, but we’re loyal and we pay our debts. Now that means something to me and it ought to to you.

Sam: You sure it's him?
Dean: Pretty sure.
Sam: Considering our circumstances, I'm gonna need a little bit better than "Pretty sure".
Dean: Really pretty sure.

Dean: (trying to pick a fight with Tiny): I wanted to ask you, because I couldn't help but notice that you are two tons of fun, just curious: Is it like a thyroid problem or is it some deep seated self-esteem issue? 'Cuz you know - they’re just donuts. Not love.

Randall: No, it's still kinda foggy.
Sam: {about the cigarettes} Give it to him.
Dean: {stubbornly} I earned these.
Sam: {exasperated} Dean-

Dean: Are you sure about this?
Sam: Pretty sure.
Dean: Yeah, well, considering the circumstances I'd like a little better then pretty sure.
Sam: Okay, really pretty sure.

Sam: You've heard in the yard?
Dean: Yeah.
Sam: Dean, does it bother you at all, how easily you seem to fit in here?
Dean: No, not really.
